At VOXIVA WEB SOLUTIONS, we specialize in high-end customized software engineering, frontend programming, and database architectures. Because we deal in digital solutions, there are no physical products shipped or returned. This page details the shipping, delivery, and return parameters of our digital services.
1. Shipping and Delivery of Digital Services
Since VOXIVA offers digital services (website design, hosting setup, source code deliveries), no physical shipping takes place. All project deliverables are delivered electronically:
- Fulfillment Mechanism: Project deliverables (including source codes, graphics, database setups, and configuration settings) are delivered to clients via secure GitHub repositories, Vercel deployments, or direct ZIP file downloads.
- Delivery Timeline: Initial drafts are delivered within 3 to 7 working days of deposit payment, depending on the complexity of the service package purchased (Basic, Standard, or Premium). Final production handoff occurs immediately upon completion of all client revisions and final balance clearance.
2. Returns & Physical Exchanges
Due to the digital and custom-engineered nature of our web agency services:
- No physical returns or exchanges are applicable.
- Once digital files are handed over, deployed to your domain, or source codes are provided, they cannot be returned or recalled.
- Revisions and visual corrections are accommodated under our standard project guidelines, as described during project kickoff.
3. Cancellation & Financial Refunds
Cancellations and financial refunds are fully governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients are eligible for a 100% refund of deposits within 24 hours of booking, before engineering work begins. Once codebase scaffolding begins, payments are non-refundable.
