By booking a website with VOXIVA, you acknowledge that you must maintain:
- A valid Indian PAN Card (Individual or Business Entity).
- Aadhar Card identification linking the business owner.
- A verified current/saving bank account for settlements.
- A GSTIN Certificate (where applicable, for corporate accounts).
- A fully operational, live website showcasing standard policies (Refund, Privacy, Contact).

1. Service Scope
VOXIVA provides custom design, Next.js engineering, hosting configurations, database scripting, and dynamic admin panel development. The scope of work is defined by the package selected (Basic, Standard, Premium) during the checkout sequence.
2. Payments & Transaction Safety
All prices quoted on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely via the Razorpay payment gateway. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment methods provided. We are not liable for delayed payouts, network failures, or bank server errors.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon successful clearance of all payment milestones, the completed custom code, frontend layouts, stylesheets, and custom database configurations are transferred to the client. VOXIVA retains ownership of pre-existing boilerplates, core libraries, and structural templates used in the compilation.
4. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties
VOXIVA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE, SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, THIRD-PARTY COMPONENT DEPRECATIONS, OR SECURITY HOLES THAT RESULT FROM CLIENT PASSWORD MISMANAGEMENT. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VOXIVA, its founder Kartik Bhapkar, or its engineering team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, system downtime, business interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use the custom websites or services.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from transactions on this website shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
